A dream born from wanderlust and wonder

Look, I'll be straight with you - this whole thing started because I couldn't find a hotel that felt alive with stories. Back in 2019, after my third trip to Greece, I was sitting in a bland airport hotel thinking... why can't we bring those epic tales home? Not in some cheesy theme park way, but something that actually respects the mythology while giving you all the modern luxury you'd expect.

So yeah, we built it. Took nearly four years of planning, working with historians, interior designers who actually got the vision, and craftspeople who could make marble columns that didn't look like they came from a Vegas casino. The result? A place where you can lounge in Zeus-level comfort while actually learning something about the stories that shaped Western culture.

The Genesis

2019 - The Spark

Helena's travels through the Aegean sparked an idea - what if hotels could be portals to another time? Not just places to crash, but spaces that transported you. The concept for Titan Bane Odyssey was sketched on a napkin in Santorini.

The Quest

2020-2022 - Building the Dream

Like any good odyssey, ours had its challenges. Pandemic delays, finding the right location in Vancouver, convincing investors that "mythological luxury" wasn't just a fancy phrase. But piece by piece, the vision came together. We partnered with Greek historians and Canadian artisans to create something authentic yet fresh.

March 2023 - Grand Opening

We threw open the doors and honestly? We were nervous as hell. But guests got it immediately. They walked into the lobby and you could see it in their faces - this wasn't just another hotel. It was like stepping into Mount Olympus with wifi and room service.
